Guiding Good Choices

Are you involved in raising youth ages 9 - 14 years old? Raising teenagers today can be challenging. Together we can build a community of support. "Guiding Good Choices" is a FREE parenting workshop. The workshops give parents and caregivers a safe place to learn and practice how to teach your youth refusal skills centered around risky behaviors. Refusal skills are a set of skills designed to help children avoid participating in high-risk behaviors. Parents gain tools to promote family bonding, establish clear standards, and healthy beliefs.  If you are interested in attending, please contact Ginger Hake. Contact information at bottom of Ad.

The classes will be online via Zoom on Thursdays, February 4th-March 11th, from 6pm-8pm.

Families that successfully complete 5 of the 6 sessions will receive a $30 gift card to the restaurant of your choice.

Please contact Ginger Hake, Wahkiakum Community Network Coalition Coordinator, with questions at 360-795-8630 ext. 236 or hakeg@co.wahkiakum.wa.us
