REAP (Residential Energy Assistance Program)
This program provides customers with an opportunity to help each other by making voluntary contributions to assist low-income residential customers who are struggling to pay their utility bills.
Qualified households may be eligible for one-time per calendar year assistance with utilities, based on their eligibility and the availability of funds.

Senior & Disabled Discount Program
To qualify for this program, apllicants must be 62 years of age or older or a disabled citizen meeting criteria of the Wahkiakum PUD Resolution No. 1285 and have $53,120 or less GROSS annual household income.

LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)
LIHEAP is a federally funded program that assists low-income households in making home heating more affordable, avoiding shutoff of utility services during the winter months, and maintaining a warm, safe, and healthy environment for their families. Clients must meet income eligibility guidelines to qualify.
