The Wahkiakum County District Court Language Access Plan (LAP) was developed to provide a policy for the provision of timely and effective language access services that ensure access for all limited English proficient (LEP), deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf/blind (D/HH/DB) individuals who come in contact with Wahkiakum County District Court services and programs. Language access services include both interpretation and translation services for LEP and D/HH/DB individuals.
