You can also choose to file the Modification in the County and/or State where you currently reside, even if your divorce case was finalized in Wahkiakum County. You will need to contact your local Clerk's office to file the Modification case and pay the appropriate filing fees. You will most likely need Certified copies of the final divorce orders filed in our County.
