Eligibility
Qualified households who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless may be eligible for rental assistance and/or assistance with move-in related costs depending on needs, income, and the availability of funds.

Wahkiakum County Health & Human Services is working with local community members and organizations to develop the 2025-2030 Local Homeless Housing Plan for Wahkiakum County. A public hearing was held on December 16, 2025. Resolution No. 189-25, adopting the 2025-2030 Local Homeless Housing Plan, was signed by County Commissioners following the hearing.
