Behavioral Health Advocacy Services

The Behavioral Health Advocacy Service is available to advocate on behalf of Medicaid recipients in the event that there is a concern or grievance regarding his/her mental health services. The Behavioral Health Advocate assists in resolving concerns at the lowest level possible, including the grievance and Fair Hearing processes.
